	Returns Policy

Returns
If for any reason you believe your product is defective please notify Accuride Drawer Slides immediately by email sales@accuridedrawerslides.co.ukw.

If you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect parts online we will exchange the goods with only the carriage to be paid by the customer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus VAT.

Refunds are normally processed on the day of request but may take up to 30 days.

Delivery Damage
Upon receipt of your order you are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete, before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged”.

If these conditions are met we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

	Carriage If your product is faulty or covered under warranty any carriage costs incurred shipping the goods back to Strutsdirect will be refunded up to the amount of £6.
